Private vs shared transfer
Every VIP level on this site uses a private 4x4 for your group only. No shared buses, no other hotel loops. Your driver comes to your hotel lobby and drives direct to the desert. A standard safari uses a shared bus or 4x4 with a multi-hotel loop adding 45–90 minutes each way.
Pickup time
Confirmed on your voucher. Based on sunset time and hotel location. Typically 2:00–3:30pm for evening safaris.
What happens on the day
- Driver messages you 15–30 minutes before pickup
- Meet in hotel lobby
- 45–60 minute drive to desert
- Dune bashing with your driver
- Drop at camp; driver picks up at end of evening
- Drive back to hotel
If you are running late
Message the driver number on your voucher. Drivers wait 15 minutes. Missing pickup without contact is treated as late cancellation.
